Can I change plans or cancel my plan?
You can change plans at any time or cancel at any time. Just keep in mind that projects that are not complete will need to be completed before the next billing cycle, or another payment will need to be made. Likewise, for more significant projects, you'll want to give us a heads up (generally a 2-week notice). This ensures that your project manager can allot time to closing out current projects, making sure you are trained to take the projects over, and transfer any assets, hosting, etc. This is not mandatory, but it is beneficial to the operation of your business without us.
If you just need to take an extended break for an unknown amount of time, you can pause your plan for a low monthly fee and we'll continue hosting your projects. Be sure to pause closer to renewal, as this type of break does not pick up where you left off.
Are the websites and apps hosted by your company?
No. Depending on the platform, its usage rights, and the technical upkeep involved, you will need to host the website/app in your own account and send us a login so we can manage it with you, or we'll host your website or app in our agency account and send you a login (oftentimes saving you money). In no way are you tied down to us, however. You can take your website or app to any host that accepts imported code.
Can you guarantee ROI?
If anyone tells you they can guarantee ROI or any amount of concrete sales, fire them. They are telling fibs 😩. While we work very strategically to decrease ad spend while increasing ROI, by optimizing for best targeting and ad performance, we cannot make people purchase with you, nor can we manage the intangibles (like the time it takes someone to purchase or your team's closing rate). We are all eager to gain more than we spend, and this takes some work, effort, time, and money. We have the first 3 if you can take care of the latter!
Are the support personnel fluent in my language?
Currently, all phone and chat support specialists are fluent in English and Spanish. We hope to add other languages soon!
What if I want to pay for services one-at-a-time?
Our plans are designed to save you time and money, while driving results over time, however, we understand the need to purchase our services piece by piece. You can check out our Resources page for áá la carte plans to pay by the hour. Otherwise, if you have an existing plan, all you need to do is pause your subscription and pick up where you left off. How many websites can I deploy a month?
This depends on how many pages you need per website. On average, we can get 10-20 pages designed in one month and then we take another month to develop it before launch. If the website only has 1-5 pages, we can pump out 4+ websites a month.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
Nope! We're not going to do you like that! We believe that when you grow, you'll just need more team members and that is how we grow with you. One exception though: merchandising and ghostwriting. For these, you'll need a merchandising license (which is included in our white-labeling license) to be able to sell our designs in marketplaces, even your own. See checkout for details.
Are the reviews you get for me legit?

Can you close sales calls for me?
We know how important it is for your clients to get to know and understand your brand, therefore, we can act as a shoo-in to your sales team and start winning more calls with our strategies!
Where is the fulfillment team located?
Your creative director and lead manager is located in the U.S. Ancillary experts are located all over the world.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club) on our website. We do not accept cash or checks. If you prefer to save money by avoiding online payment processing fees, reach out to our billing department in your dashboard to request ACH payment processing.
What if I don't like the designs?
No worries! We will dig deeper and revise until we catch your vision properly.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We offer transparent, affordable, flat-rate fees for service. However, you can expect payment processor fees and taxes to be assessed at checkout. In addition, there are augmented flat fees for white-labeling, merchandising, and ghostwriting. Any business expenses (like printing, domain purchase, hosting, etc.) also belong to you, and any funds you want to set aside for purchasing ad space. Any third-party fees not assessed by n3tworth will be passed on to you.
To ease some of this expense, n3tworth will allow up to 10% of your plan fee to cover third-party integrations.
Who owns the final finished works?
You do, within your rights to do so. The designs belong to your company while the intellectual property belongs to n3tworth. Unless you have paid for a white-label license, you are not permitted to share or resell the final works (See our Terms for more details).
How many tasks can I request?
You can request an unlimited amount of tasks for an unlimited amount of projects! We don't limit how many tasks you can have in the queue but we only work on 1 task at a time. We use any idle time (time waiting on feedback or approval) to move onto the next task., We also do not limit how many active tasks we are working on across plans. For instance, if you have all 4 plans, your team will consist of 1 graphic designer, 1 web/app designer, 1 web/app developer, 1 marketing and sales consultant, 1 technical support person, and a project manager. You can have 1 task in each category (4 total tasks) being worked on at a time. Your project manager will work with you to prioritize which tasks should be completed first with the allotted weekly hours in your plan.
For ongoing tasks, how many hours do you work with us?
Your n3tworth team lives and breathes your business, but in an effort not to overexert and underpay them, all ongoing tasks for each service category plan (there are 4) are capped at 10 hours per week (for a maximum total of 40 hours per week per full team). You can double your hours by purchasing an additional team or team member. For those that have multiple plans, you are free to share hours between them in any way you see fit.
What happens if I don't use all my hours each week?
Because we are obsessed with time management and getting things done, unused hours (due to not having any projects in the queue) are lost at the end of each week, so be sure to put us to work! If, for any reason, your hours are not utilized because of an issue on our end (like vacations, holidays, sick days, technical issues etc.), we will let you know and add those unused hours to the next week.
If you know, ahead of time, that you won't have any work for us for at least a week, you can pause your account and then pick up where you left off upon your return. You won't lose any money or hours this way.
Can I speed up standard turnaround times?
While we are working as [humanly] fast as possible without rushing, to avoid mistakes and sloppy work, you can do one of two things to speed up turnaround times:
- Bring clear project details, instructions, and vision to decrease the likelihood of multiple revisions
- Purchase another team member and they will collaborate on your project together
Who do I speak to directly regarding my project?
You will be assigned a project manager to correspond with. This is your only point of contact. They will learn your business inside and out and relay and manage any incoming and outgoing information about your project. They'll be available via email, direct phone line, and chat.
Do you work around the clock?
Our team members work during normal office hours, 7 days a week. If one of your team members is on the opposite side of the world, it'll feel like we're working at all hours of the day.
Do you offer white-labeling to agencies?
Yes! No need to include our branding on your projects and we don't correspond with your clients, only you! You will have to pay an additional fee for white-labeling and follow all applicable legalities. See checkout and Terms of Service for details.
Do you have an affiliate program?

Do you offer a money-back guarantee or give refunds?
Unfortunately, no. We can't un-pay our employees. Because this is a pay-for-service business model, and not a pay-for-results business model, you will need to look at us more like a staffing agency. We take the hiring and firing off your hands and part of your payment goes to overhead expenses. Once your plan is paid for, we work hard to meet goals and adjust our strategy when goals aren't being met. We are not satisfied until you are so we work with you to reach the success you desire and deserve!
